This is clearly a good example of the "Plus" hotels in the Best Western. First impression on entering the lobby is good. Very friendly staff. The rooms are nicer than some of the competition. Solid surface countertops and shower. So many others have plastic shower walls. The coffe machines that are in the lobby are really impressive. Everything is fresh ground and has a multitude of options. About the only negative here is the breakfast. Its OK, but definitely not "great". However, that is a problem with most every other hotel. We would definitely return here again.
One of the better hotel experiences I have had. I use hotels 2-3 times a year. Food was good, crisp sheets, clean surfaces. Carpet was not wet like other mentioned, no cockroach’s, safe, easy to find, and was relatively cheap. Would come back

Decent hotel. Had to go to front desk 3x just to get the room. Couldn't get the first door open. Gave us a different room but wrong bed configuration, finally a third room. TV has 2 remotes. Never did get to watch it. Wasn't going to go back to ask them how to figure it out. Asked for a password?
